- An HBO/WO diploma;
- 1 year of relevant work experience;
- Excellent Dutch and English communication/presentation skills;
- Experience with scrum;
- Experience with building chatbots and voicebots;
- What’s life without a great user experience? You’ve got a user-centric approach.
Knowledge of - or interest in - the following technologies:
- Modeling chat- and voicebot conversations using visual editors or functional modeling software such as UML;
- HTML and CSS;
- Chatbot/voicebot building software or Natural Language Understanding tools, such as Google's Dialogflow, IBM Watson Conversation, Rasa, Nuance, Microsoft Bot Framework, Microsoft Power Virtual Agents or similar technologies.
