- An IT-related HBO/WO diploma;
- 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience;
- Strong English writing and communication skills;
- Google Apps Certified Administrator (preferred);
- Proven track record in customer relationship management;
- A background in customer service.
Your career with Incentro
As a G Suite support agent at our Kenyan office, you’ll be responsible for three key activities towards our customers: project implementation (deployment and migration), training and support of G Suite. Any customer or team member is able to get your support when it comes to incidents, infrastructure, and technical questions. You’re not afraid to face challenges in this fast-paced business environment.
Behind the scenes, you’ll focus on coordination of changes in conjunction with our change management policies, and investigating the current customer infrastructure and make recommendations for optimization of their G Suite usage. And when there’s an update or new feature in Google, you’ll be all over that! Lastly, you’re able to document all of your knowledge and transfer it to other teams and team members.
