Medior/Senior Business Process Consultant


We're looking for a motivated and experienced Camunda Developer  to join our growing Camunda team. You've got development experience under your belt and a solid understanding of business processes. As a Camunda Developer, you'll develop business process management (orchestration) solutions for our clients. Together with your team, you'll come up with and create tailor-made solutions. Our solutions are geared towards both the core business of our clients and serving as quick fixes for urgent problems. That's why you need to be able to communicate effectively with the business and easily navigate through various levels of an organization. Since you're independent and ambitious, you'll create a development plan for yourself, for which Incentro offers you every opportunity.

About You

To give you a better idea of what we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in RPA/Automation/Integration.
  • Extensive experience with business process management or integration software such as Camunda, Blueriq, Flowable or Pega.
  • Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree with a technical component.
  • Experience with BPM, Lean or other process mapping / improvement techniques
  • Knowledge of - or curiosity about - the following technologies: BPMN/DMN, Microservices, Java or Python, API's, Databases, Docker and Kubernetes, Devop is a plus
  • Open to new, innovative ways of creating solutions.
  • A passion for solving complex business/IT problems.
  • Able to see "the bigger picture" when it comes to solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • An independent and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • The drive to learn a lot in a short amount of time.

First off, we offer a competitive salary between €4000 and €6000 gross (excluding holiday pay), depending on your experience. As for secondary benefits, we've got you covered!
