Within the Integration team, part of the Hyperautomation cell, you are responsible for the commercial success of our proposition around Integration Platforms as a Service (iPaaS). We use the Workato platform for our solutions. And we're good at it; we're a proud Platinum Workato Partner.

What we're looking for

You will work closely with the specialists (pre-sales, delivery managers and consultants) of the Integration team. Your primary responsibility is to make the Integration proposition based on the Workato platform successful. In addition, within the Hyperautomation branch, you will work together with other sales executives to acquire and successfully onboard new clients.

This role is intended for a successful sales professional from the world of SI or consulting. We are looking for someone who wants to grow professionally at a company with a lively, informal corporate culture. In addition, you enjoy working with the partner (Workato) to create successful customers together.

As a Sales Executive, you know how to close a deal. You have the first contact with the prospect, think in terms of added value and dare to experiment. With guts and creativity, you know how to find the right angle to create value and ensure that your colleagues have challenging work. You also maintain a warm relationship with the partner (Workato) and existing clients.

You are a strategic discussion partner for our clients. You recognize yourself in the following description:

  • Operates at the forefront of new technology and digital business transformations;
  • Focus on acquiring new projects/clients;
  • Taking responsibility for commercial success and the growth of new business;
  • Gets energy from collaborating with partner(s) in jointly achieving growth objectives;
  • Technically knowledgeable in the field of integration/iPaaS solutions.

About You

As a Sales Executive, you are commercially strong, show initiative and have a result-oriented and customer-focused attitude. In addition, we expect:

  • University/Higher professional education, preferably in IT or economics;
  • A true networker, preferably you bring an existing network with you;
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience;
  • Experience with complex and long sales processes;
  • Entrepreneurial spirit;
  • Looking for opportunities for performance improvement and growth;
  • Self-starter, self-reliant and agile;
  • Experience with integration/iPaaS and similar systems is a plus;
  • Experience with Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi or other iPaaS solutions is a plus
